Since 2002, I've been working in both Australia and the United States as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life, from athletes, general fitness, pre and post natal and those with adaptive needs.
My focus is primarily on strength training for aesthetic and performance enhancement.
In 2008, I trained as a massage therapist and Active Release Techniques.
I do not not promote fad dieting or exercise routines with unnecessary risk. I use a scientific approach to fitness and nutrition with an interested in long term results and health.
